Specialised Training Services Essex Ltd. was formed five years ago to provide specialist training for the National Health Service and community wardens. We employ a number of fully qualified trainers who have experience in teaching police and security staff. Since the company was formed, we have expanded our training courses and now provided training for many organisations including:

Various NHS Primary Care Trusts.

Quadrant Catering.

GlaxoSmithKline.

Genesis Housing Association.

Outlook Care.

Various local authorities.

British Cycling Federation.

Our latest venture is aimed towards Community Safety Accreditation Scheme training and our course has recently been approved by Skills for Security. We are the first company in the country to train British Cycling Federation cycle marshals so that they can be accredited to direct and control traffic during cycle races. We are constantly developing and refining our courses. We have recently developed an exciting and fun board game for use in teaching communication skills. This is aimed at service providers and customer services.
