Specialised Training Services Essex Ltd. can provide you with the following courses:

1. Community Safety Accreditation Scheme Basic Training - 60 directed learning hours including distance learning and and 5 days classroom input.

1. Community safety Accreditation Scheme Powers Training - course length dependant on the powers to be accredited. Accreditation of powers under the scheme is decided by the Chief Constable of the relevant police service area.
    
2. Communication and Conflict Management - one full day training or one half day training. Course appropriate for the National Health Service (Counter Fraud and Security Management Services approved) or those working in the security sector. This course would also be appropriate for those who do not work within the NHS or security sector but experience anger and conflict problems (customer services for example.)
    
3. Stop and Search / Security Policy - this training is appropriate for organisations implementing security or search policies. Training can be tailored to meet your specific needs and can be provided to staff, management or both.
    
4. Change Management - this course is appropriate for managers implementing change within an organisation.
    
5. Diversity Awareness - one full day or one half day input.
