Since the company was formed, we have been providing high quality and inexpensive mandatory training for the National Health Service. This includes Communication and Conflict Management as well as Diversity Awareness training. All our trainers are fully qualified by the Counter Fraud Security Management Services. Mandatory Training for the NHS

The Communication and Conflict Management course we provide for the National Health Service covers the following areas:

 

  • Communication skills, including:
  1. Verbal / non-verbal / paraliguistic (vocal tones.)
  2. LEAPS.
  3. Transactional analysis.
     
  • The law on reasonable force.
  • Conflict escalation scale.
  • Fight or flight.
  • Defensive skills.

 

This course complies with CFSMS guidelines.

 

Our half-day Diversity Awareness training session has proved very successful with various NHS trusts. The original course was initially written for Basildon Primary care Trust (now part of South West Essex PCT.) Since the inception of the course it has been taken up by many other National Health Service organisations. An outline of the course is as follows:

 

  • Prejudice and discrimination.
  • The socialisation process.
  • The affects of discrimination.
  • Anti-discriminatory legislation.
